REQUEST FOR COMMENT ON PROPOSED COTTAGE INDUSTRY/CAFÉ/GIFT SHOP
AT LOT 202 WALSH STREET, GNOWANGERUP
The Shire of Gnowangerup has received a proposal to develop a new tourist venture by the owners of the above property. The owners wish to develop within and around the front of the existing dwelling to include uses such as cottage industry/café/gift shop as set out in the attached plans/details.
As a part of assessing the proposal, the Council is seeking your comment as an adjoining or nearby landowner, whether supportive or not.
Any comments must be in writing and addressed to the Bob Jarvis - Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Gnowangerup, 28 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup WA 6335 to be received by the close of business on Friday 14th October 2022. Email submissions are acceptable and should be sent to gnpshire@gnowangerup.wa.gov.au.
