Notice of proposed Shire of Gnowangerup Standing Orders Local Law 2020

The Shire of Gnowangerup resolved at the Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 25th November 2020, to commence the process of making the proposed Shire of Gnowangerup Standing Orders Local Law 2020.
The purpose of the proposed Local Law is to provide for the orderly conduct of the proceedings and business of the Council.
The effect of the proposed Local Law is that all Council meetings, committee meetings, and other meetings as described in the Local Government Act 1995, shall be governed by the proposed Local Law unless otherwise provided for in the Act, regulations or other written law.
The proposed Local Law may be inspected and copies obtained from the Shire office at 28 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup during normal office hours.
Submissions made be sent to the CEO, Shire of Gnowangerup (gnpshire@gnowangerup.wa.gov.au) or by mail to CEO, Shire of Gnowangerup, 28 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup, WA 6335, and will be accepted up to 4:00pm (AWST), Friday 29th January 2021.
